Our old condo coinop washer busted a big leak . I tried calling a couple others, but anybrandrepair answered the phone early (like around 8 am when the others didn’t even open until 9) and sent Alec over right away.

He knew exactly what he was doing, was thorough and found that a big washer at the bottom of the drum had just come loose. (This had actually happened about a year earlier, but the original repair company never called back). Alec put it back in, tightened the ring that held it in and that was it.

Now I have to be honest and say the darned thing popped out again some days later, but again, A-Plus was very prompt, and Alec came and really tightened the ring down. No charge, work was under warranty. No problems ever since.
