I called over the week-end and Suren came out to take a look at my broken oven. To fix it, he needed to identify and order the necessary part. He took down all of the information and a few photos, and said they would call me when they were ready to order it.

On Monday, Sarkis called me with the part information, and I approved the purchase. On Wednesday, Mike called and said they had the part. By Thursday, Suren was back with the part and fixed the oven.
