  • Gene is great. I am always wary of service repair stuff- feeling as though they’re ready to rip me off, but Gene has been anything but that.
    First visit: He came out to confirm that our old 1970s washer was pretty much dead, which lead to us taking advantage of our home warranty. Whoohoo!

      Second visit: We called him up to see if our air conditioner was giving us problem. He was able to diagnose it quickly and gave us a quote, even though he was honest enough to tell us that it really wasn’t worth fixing in terms of cost.
      $55 bucks for most house calls.

    Would definitely call up Gene if I needed anything checked out!
