First and foremost…a BIG apology to Gene….in a fit of exasperation from being redirected from warranty companies to service providers to miscommunications regarding appointments (and not only with the dishwasher but with the car and the home alarm system all in the same timeframe); we blew! Gene immediately followed up, not only with a yelp post, but with a phone call early the next morning.
