Busted ice maker. From start to finish, 2 days, 2 visits (one to diagnose, one to install new unit), $245 all in. Sergio was polite, prompt and efficient.

However, knowing what I know now, if the thing breaks down in the future, given relative ease of replacement (plenty of advice/detailed directions online) and cheap sourcing of parts (new unit is ~$50 on Amazon), I will do this repair myself and save the $200.
