Very prompt and courteous. Came out and diagnosed the problem and the next day it was fixed. We agreed to a time between 2pm and 3pm.

He got here a little after 2:30pm and was surprised that he was apologizing for being late. Cost seemed reasonable – $185 for labor and parts to replace the ignitor of our stove.
